Issues with machine

My machine has not been functioning correctly, and again Nespresso took care of the issue and gave me a new machine. Very impressed with the way they handle their customers. Great job guys. Thank you.

I ordered 2 sleeves of Blend no.1 to try. The coffee was very dilute and tasted like water with a tinge of coffee.

It appeared I had a bad lot. I tried reaching them through chat. The person told me to hold for 3-4 minutes and had me waiting for over 20 minutes and stopped responding. I then called the customer service line where the first person told me that she would need to transfer me to a specialist.

I held for an additional 20 minutes to speak with Samoi. She informed me that she would need to video me in so that I can show her that the coffee was in fact dilute. I told her I was at the office and that the machine was at home. I asked her why the original person did not inform me that I needed to be near the machine and the pod to receive a refund or new sleeves.

She did not have an answer and told me I would need to call back. I asked her if we could set up a time so I didn't have to hold for such a long time and she said no. I'm not sure how Samoi thinks that she can tell a dilute coffee from a video. I know she cannot taste the coffee through the video.

The sleeves are $20 each and the pods make coffee that taste like hot water with a splash of coffee.

Nespresso needs to do better. I have been a loyal customer since 2018.

Stop paying George Clooney! Help coffee growers instead!

Instead of spending/wasting a lot of money on the commercial with George Clooney, and filling his pocket with the money he doesn't need and doesn't deserve, it would be much more graceful and honorable to spend that money on helping and improving/bettering farmers' life who grows the coffee for you!

Horrible and utter disregard for customers

I have been placing my orders via their app and most of the time they ship it in 10 days 10 days! I am besides myself that as well you cant get ahold of anyone ! Utter and complete lack of communication and disregard for their customers which they depend on. Dont bite the hand that feeds you is not something that crosses their mind it seems since no one is responding ever!!

When I called customer service I got a rep who spoke very fast and who I had to ask to slow down. Apparently you can't get help unless you've already registered your machine, which should be stated up front to save time. I also shouldn't have to register my machine just to get an answer to a very specific question.

Unable to contact Nespresso customer service by phone, email, or live chat

I can no longer log in to my account. I cannot successfully reset my password online either. I cannot get working phone connection to customer service. I cannot use live chat because I cannot log in. They have no email option for customer service either. I am left with no options. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I bought a Nespresso Citiz in 2013 and it has lasted me over 10 years, great coffee and very easy to use and a over all quiet machine. So in 2022 I decided to purchase there new Nespresso Vertuo next machine I immediately noticed that it was noisier and did not brew as much coffee even though the pods where bigger.

Then after 1 year of barely using the machine it stopped brewing. It would work if I pushed the button 3 times for a cleaning but every time I just wanted to brew a cup of coffee it would start to run then the orange light would blink 2 times. So I called the company, they walked me through the whole process of checking the machine and then came to the conclusion that they would just replace the machine. So 5 days later my new, but refurbished machine came and when I pulled it out of the box and plugged it in to have coffee.

It gave me the exact same problem that the old machine did so I called the company again and had to go through the same step by step process that did not fix anything. Then the representative said that they would just have to replace the machine again.

Do not buy a Nespresso Vertuo next, these are extremely bad quality and built poorly. It is sad because I used to work for Sur La Table, selling there machines and thinking of there brand as high quality.
