I enjoy watching Red Sox baseball on NESN.But why would you have a comedian sit for the whole game(bill Burr) who never shuts up? Very annoying.
Doesn’t make sense. Turned off sound and now using Radio.

No complaints, Im just not watching the channel like I thought I was going to from the get go. I dont watch a great deal of tv to begin with, if anything, i might sit down and watch in a week approximately 26 hrs. Im not a tv viewer to begin with, though I thought I would attempt to try it out anyway since I dont watch anything but the news.
Preferred solution: Just to cancel for now.

Fix the Red Sox game audio
Customer service # has been disconnected. No surprise.
2nd rate, bush league station and the audio for tonights game (why I tried calling) is further proof.
Can barely hear OBrien and Yuke. Not the worst thing but thats besides the point.
Preferred solution: Correct Sox game audio. Can hardly hear O’Brien and Yuke and background crowd noise is too much.

Complaint Re: Advertisement
The was an ad on the NESN coverage of the Red Sox game against Baltimore on Monday night around the 3rd inning. It was an ad for BETMGM that showed two men arguing the merits of Boston and L.A.
At the end of the ad there was an explosion depicted in the background. This is in extremely bad test since the tenth anniversary of the Marathon bombing accured just ten years ago and is still fresh in our minds.
You should discontinue showing this ad immediately and perhaps apologize to your viewers, those affected by the terrorist attack, the City of Boston and the BAA. Thank you.

TNT/TBS blackout nights
We are very disappointed in how NESN customers get blacked out because you want to sell rights to other stations. We have been loyal customers since 1986 but do not see the same loyalty coming our way from you.
Its your right to sell off whatever you want but why does it also have to mean we lose out. Why can't NESN customers also get those nights that you sold to TNT/TBS or whomever?! We are still paying customers!!! We weren't offered any rebates for the nights we aren't getting!!!
Something really should be done about this.
We are devoted customers that deserve better!!! Discontented customers, Ken and Dianne

NESN 360 stream not working on my computer. No one is available to speak at NESN, nor is there a link to email message, nor chat. Just lousy customer "service".

Unable to access NESN in WV
Hello,
I am a Connecticut native, born and raised a Red Sox fan.( I am 70 now) My mom was also. she used to take my sister and I to Fenway for games.
After retiring from the U.S.P.S. in 2009 we retired to the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.That's about an hour away from Baltimore and Washington D.C. We had Directv for years and subscribed to MLB Extra Innings in order to access the Red Sox games.Last year Directv price was going up to over $184 plus binding us into another two-year contract. That's when we decide to "cut the cable" and do streaming.
I have tried everything to access NESN-MLB, FuboTv(NESN not available in our zip code 25403). Now I just added sports extra to our Sling Blue package and we were able to see the Red Sox-Toronto game the night of the 25th of April. Couldn't see it the 26, nor tonight, nor in the near future. I thought MLB offered MOST games.
My brother who lives in Hyannis and also has MLB, DOES get it. Other than paying $70 a month for only NESN(and I don't even know if that will work, beaus nothing has worked so far, I cannot watch the Red Sox games.NESN needs to expand their streaming services. MLB first tried to tell em that I was "blacked out" but I knew that was incorrect. I have made three phone calls to MLB, one to FuboTv, one to Xfinity internet and one to Slingtv-no results.
I see this as a NESN issue. Do you not realize how many Red Sox fans there are across the country? And that we move too? One person I spoke to from MLB was in Panama City and HE is a Red Sox fan!
Anyway, I guess I am just venting because I cannot access my team. My elderly mom lived with us here in WV for the last three years of her life and I always subscribed to MLB Extra Innings through Directv so she could watch the Red Sox as well.
Please expand your horizons.
