Yes I bought a life time membership for me and my parents around 16 years ago It was for all the resorts that they had and I paid cash for it I have not been available for the past 11 years and have lost my membership card so I would like to see what I need to do to get another one thanks

You lost my reservation
I called the reservation line after we made our Chinook Winds concert reservations on or about April 23. I got a recording and I left my number 1000**** and explained we are a diamond member and would like a reservation for July 18th for 1 week.
Nobody ever called me back to confirm or left me an email. I figured I better call today to confirm my reservation only to find out you lost it deleted it or something and I was told you were full and I would have to dry camp unless a cancelation comes through. This is unacceptable and what can you do for us?
I made a reservation on your recorder but it was never entered around April 23. Help us.

You get what you put forth
My wife and I have a membership in this property and a couple of others and I was amazed at the negative comments. As my late father would say "some would complain if they were hung with a new rope on Sunday".
We have been shown nothing but friendly attitudes and meet some very nice people there, but it is in Oregon (it rains there) it is just off the beach a ways (there can be fog/mist) and there are other people there (you might not get immediate service (wait your turn) but if you give them a chance you will find it is fun.
We are getting ready for our next trip and my wife is excited and ready to go right now. Looking forward to the time there.
Waste of time and seemed very irritated
We thought we would enjoy our stay until they pushed and pushed for membership. It was extremely unprofessional and felt as if they watched every move we made Anytime we stepped outside everyone had all eyes on us like a norman bates enviorment Wont be back and thank god were not members of there cult.
Neskowin Creek Member for over 5 years
We have been a Neskowin Creek member for 5 years now and enjoy everytime we spend there. There are some puddles in the winter on the road but that is not a problem.
We think camping there is a treat as the town of Neskowin has most everything we need to have fun and snack on. Lincoln City is a very short drive away and it has it all. The beach in Neskowin is great for the kids to play on and they really enjoy it. Sand lake is pretty close and we always take one day and head up there for some dunes riding.
My kids have friends at the park and look forward to spending time with them. The management is very friendly and always ready to help out when needed.
Great events with bands, pancake feeds and even events for the kids to play. No complaints.

This muddy parking lot sucks!
We purchased an RV from Camping World and were given a packet that supposedly had 3 FREE nights to take our trailer out and make sure it was ready for our long trip. Before we even had the trailer picked up we started getting calls from a very agressive marketer from Neskowin Creek RV Resort.
She told me we had to attend a meeting in their office before we could use the free camping and that we had WON a gift card to Camping World. We didnt remember entering any thing that we could win, but thought maybe it was something the dealership did. Our friends have a membership to Thousand Trails and we were thinking we might like it too, so we decided to go to the meeting. What a mistake.
We didnt win anything. After listening to the guy for over 45 minutes, we told him we wouldnt decide anything until we saw the park. He went and got another guy who pushed and pushed. They said we couldnt go to the park and come back and purchase because we would have to wait 2 years.
We left with a reservation anyways. When we went to the RV park a few weeks ago, we showed up and no one knew we were coming. They then put us in a site far away from the club house. This place is muddy, wet and the roads are nothing but pot holes and mud puddles.
We left the next day and went to Lincoln City and stayed at the Chinook Winds parking lot. No hook ups was better than what we had seen at Neskowin. The pool was very cold, and the hot tub looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. The staff was really nice, but they must be overworked because they seemed tired and irritated that we were there.
We are so glad that we didnt pay anything for our stay and wont be back after 2 years to purchase a membership. We are going to visit Thousand Trails and try out their parks and hopefully have a dryer, nicer stay.

I have had same problem. We paid $1,000s of dollars to be part of this resort as a diamond member and each time I call I get told "full" you will need to dry camp what is the point in paying all this money for nothing. I WANT OUT!!
they have probly over sold memberships. I get the same run around..
Sure would like to get my money back. The place isn't worth the price wev'e paid and RPI is to few to be any incentive to buy.
