NESCO - Support is very bad

I called Nesco today for some support. I purchased a Nesco canner last week and had some questions.

I called around 1:00 p.m. Pacific time. I was told I was next in line I stayed waiting for a customer service for 25 minutes no response.

Wasn't allowed to leave a message. The support for this company is bad really bad I'm sorry I bought their product

Placed an order online. I was charged $35 for shipping before realizing it.

I instantly contacted customer service and they basically said, 'too bad, so sad'. They lost a potential lifelong customer over $35.

Malfunctioning unit

At first, it worked great, and then after a while it was not vacuum/sealed in auto, I had to press manual mode after the vacuum took a long time and did not switch to auto seal.

Resolved: Garden master dehydrator temp control broken

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. As soon as I got the number and called them they were sending me a replacement! Great customer service!!.

I have had this dehydrator only 6 months and now when my temp is set to 98 my temp in the dehydrator goes all the way to almost 200 degrees it's ruined alot of my product my small business was relying on this I'm pissed I sent an email to your company this week already I need help figuring out what to do I'm call after work if I don't hear from y'all I really enjoyed your product and planned to update it and buy more dehydrators in the future but I might never get another if I have to buy a new one every six months.i have it rigged up to a temp control now so the hope thing just shuts off to avoid burning products but it's taking twice as long to dry since it has to keep shutting off until it cools down.

Sealer not working correctly

I did contact Nesco, I was told to do a video of the problem. I cant get the website she gave me to work.

I guess I will call again to get the website again. I hope to get my sealer repaired.

Received a Nesco Food Slicer that was missing the small blade lock. Company wants to charge me for replacement part that was never in the Box. Last product I will ever purchase or recommend from Nesco

No directions/booklet

Well it all started when I was born. Summer time on the beach winters in the Alps

You know the times were good.

Firefighting is a big mankind good thing to do. If you are shopping and are looking for lamas in hats go to the appliance department . If you happen to find a "Nesco Dehydrator" buy it .

I did just that on December 25 2014 @ are local department store. The lamas with hats was at a different place.so after I purchased the Nesco Dehydrator there were no "booklet" no "instructions" just the broken heart look on my little dogs face .
