Still showing activate at temp agency. But dont work there.
Is there someone I can speak with.
- Good money
Preferred solution: Just to be taken off as an Active employee.
Bullied, targeted, and abuse
- Targeted and bullied from day one.
- Shoved by a coworker while taking supplies; left after verbal attacks; invested $500 in uniforms.
Company fixed issue and I have been provided with full refund
The day I started working for Nesco this past week. From day one I was a target simply because I was friends with another worker, I was bullied, barked at like a dog everyday someone was negative towards me.
Then I started my shift Thursday and I went to go get cleaning supplies for the restrooms and literally was shoved and pushed off my cart by this girl and she said she was doing bathrooms. I invested $500 into uniforms that I cant get back. I walked off the job after several other employees decided to attack me verbally. The manager told me that I should have stayed while the abuse took place and she told me since I walked off the job that I then quit.
Then she was so nasty to me herself.
This is not a place I would send my dog to. This place has really big issues and is ethically wrong.
- Good money
- Recruiter seemed nice enough
- Money
- Everyday i worked i was barked at like a animal
- Abuse
- Shoved away from my cleaning cart
Preferred solution: Compensation for my uniforms
User's recommendation: Don’t work here ever! They let you suffer abuse and they abuse you themselves
Terrible company stay away
- I was set up for an interview for a job I wasn't qualified for.
- I attended a face-to-face interview and learned I wasn't qualified.
They set me up with an interview with a company, with a job i was not qualified for. I made the effort to the face to face interview &;;;;;;; found out that i wasn't qualified at all for this job. Apparently they don't know how to read a resume or just don't care about the people thatpy are trying to employ.
- Recruiter seemed nice enough
- Con man
Two jobs—two job descriptions where I had to do physical labor
- Hired as Customer Account Specialist; filing duties, requisition pulled.
- Project Coordinator; project changed, I did physical labor, and I was hurt.
I was hired as a Customer Account Specialist and my duties consisted of filing. When I told NESCO, they pulled the requisition and my job was gone.
The second job was as a Project Coordinator at a leading cancer research facility.
The project for which I was hired took a drastic shift because the supervisor didn’t like his own initial plan. He then had me do physical labor and I was hurt. I did not want to lose another job. Again, only a month and my requisition was pulled for a job that was supposed to last 18 months.
Really SO DONE with NESCO. They were supposed to protect me.

Payroll ?
You don't feel like you should pay me for the work I've done. YOUR COMPANY IS FOUL. And I will be making a call.
Scam employee benefits
- They offer The American Worker and request credit card number.
- Complaints are cited on Glassdoor and BBB about late disclosure and poor benefits.
They only offer The American Worker - a total scam that wants your credit card number to charge you when you are not wokring. See many complaints on glassdoor.com and Better Business Bureau.
They won't tell you about this until after you get paid the first time, then they drop the bomb - you wont get any decent employee benefits.
Do they even have workers comp ? Dont ask !
I have worked through Nesco for over15 years. This last go around with them, will be my last.
- Pay problems: only 2 of 8 hours were paid; some pay on the next check; 12 hours worked unpaid.
- Taxes misfiled; unemployment benefits contested.
Nesco in Lebanon Kentucky would not have all my hours of pay on my check. When I would say something they would assure me my pay would be on my next check.
They would only give 2 out of 8. When I would fail to drop it...my assignment would end. This last job I worked they called to release me with little to extremely vague details. They also worked me 12 hours and never did pay me for it.
They completely screwed up my taxes to where I owe several thousand, and is continuously fighting my unemployment benefits. Stating I lied on my documentation. They lied in all documents they provided. Never had my start or finish of hire dates, changed their reason at the hearing several times, and have cost me thousands upon thousands of dollars, and time from my life and my children.
They are c/o with Ernest&Young. This company alone has several lawsuits against them. As well as Nesco.
DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!!!! THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!
Nesco Resource Staffing Services Review from Willimantic, Connecticut
- Mandy from Nesco claimed a 7-year background limit.
- I was offered full-time after 4 months, but denied.
- Staples HR says Nesco follows guidelines.
I was pleased that Staples distribution center in Plainfield Connecticut by Nesco... before I took the job I asked Mandy the agent about my background was not the best Mandy we assured me that they did not go back Beyond seven years I say great so I worked 4 months I was offered a full-time position I did the drug testing that came back clean and then I had to do a background check I was denied a position based on my background ..I then called Staples HR department she stated that Nesco follows staples guidelines for background checks..
it was not Staples fault. .it was Mandys the agent at Nesco.. no I put all the time and effort into getting that position and I was about to start full time 1 day ago and because many of Nesco did not do the paperwork correctly and I'm out of a job please do not consider Nesco temp agency for yourself they just put people at job sites knowing that they will not get hired full-time.. she completely falsified my paperwork so I can be able to work so they can get money off me..
they totally used me.
Knowing that I was not going to be hired once staples did their background check. .wtf

She looks like she could stand to go on a diet . I'd been told last Friday that I could come in and apply for deco art anytime .
And that I needed to make an appointment she was busy . She was a rude *** !!
Nesco Resource - Employment Review
- Open houses for jobs I have experience in promised work soon at two temp agencies.
- One agency already hired others, while the other refused to talk.
2 different temp services had open house for jobs i all ready have experience in. They both said work will start in the next few days.
Ive called every day asking about job. One has all ready gave jobs to other people for the same job i have many years experience in doing. The other just cut me short and refused to talk to me. I have done nothing wrong to them and my back ground stays clean.
Am quite sure there has got to be a law against making promises having an open house if there is no work in the first place. One temp service said to me i wont place you if your not serious about this. What the heck am not a child am a single mom why in the heck would i think it was a joke who the heck take 2 hours to fill out app if they was not looking for a job seriously. This has to stop because am not a cute 20 year old this is not right.
Id be happy to give info on both places .
The first place is Spartan staffing 727524**** the other is nesco 727544**** this company is the one of accusing me of not taking it serious. Thanks becky
