I have been trying to return their Nervital product for a promised refund for months. The customer service phone number is never answered and instead tells you to call back during normal business hour

- The tape loops about calling during hours.
- Emails go unanswered; returns are impossible.
- Avoid Nervital; the company hides identity.
The customer service phone 1(30*) ***-**** is a sham and never answered. A tape repeats no matter what hour you call that you need to call back during normal business hours.
There are no normal business hours it seems. Multiple emails from me have never been answered no matter which official email address is used.
It is impossible to return this Nervital product and they do everything to hide and deflect their identity.
My advice to anyone is to avoid Nervital products from any of their official sites. There is no customer service or support and no return of phone calls or emails sent to astroncaps@***.com
