Subscribed but don't have access
Maybe the mode of payment is the problem. After subscribing, I received confirmation but can't access the games.
Everything seems locked, as if no subscription has been made. All proofs of payment have been sent across for further clarification. My username is Femmic, and the email used is kudabofemo@***.com.
