Good morning,
I am sincerely appreciative to a few exceptional nerds for all their help since I joined in July and paid thousands for your services thus far. On the other hand, someone on the Nerdify team has been utterly frustrating over the last eight weeks communication between task taker and nerd may not be clear because u have been having so many issues with getting a task that doesn't need numerous revisions.
On top of that, there have been instances where the payment process took 2.5 hours from task submission to payment completion, rendering the VIP membership useless to me. Also, I keep hearing that a top nerd is an additional fee; however, I have already clarified that my membership already includes a top nerd, so there is no need for me to pay that fee. I do not know the structure of the company, but I would assume that everyone members have an account where they can keep notes. That way, when I assign the same tasks to them on a weekly basis, like creating discussion posts, they I would not have to repeat myself..
There have been a plethora of revisions to my tasks if you read my text transcript over the past eight weeks, as you can see in the attached photos of the items the professor requested revised including last Thursday. I am still waiting for the second revision that I ordered, but yesterday I received the first one, which was finally accurate. I specifically requested a nerd to work on the essay that was sent to me yesterday, but I was totally ignored. I asked for him twice because he did an excellent job on the previous essay, which is almost identical to the one I just ordered for the same class.
I sent it back for revisions since it had been assigned to another nerd. This nerd does not seem to be paying attention to detail, which is disappointing and frustrating because the customer is paying for a service that has previously provided excellent products. The instructions should have included four scholarly references simple details that are missed.
Even though there has been excellent work submitted to me since last July. The frustration over the past 8 weeks are having me reconsider staying with you guys.
Preferred solution: Price reduction

I wanted another person to communicate with me on the app, which can be more helpful than difficult and I did told him I want to communicate with other person than him but did not seem to fulfill my request, it is really bad experience when the person is being difficult than helpful.

Preferred solution: Other customer service to chat with me because this one is being difficult by increasing the price from 90-120 , for 1 assignment which is not worth paying for because on the same task I paid 44 and I don’t know why I am getting charged more

One of the nerds did a part that I paid for them to do and the paper was plagiarized. Now Im having a hard time with getting my refund back.

Nothing was resolved yet I was a discount and apology and this not to happen again
I have been using Nerdify for 2 years and have always had respectful People workers me with my tasks and issues with assignments. Today is the first time they werent respectful when I asked to order more tasks from a class he/she got rude and said goodbye and got mad and said I told you tell me all or them and almost refused to continue to assist me. I didnt order it all at once due to not knowing how much it would cost.
