I dined in at this specific establishment at night. When I cleared the bill, I left a minimal tip because the service was rude and dismissive.

However, the server/host (only one person working in the restaurant) hostilely questioned and forcefully demanded for a bigger tip. After I made it clear that I did not wish to leave a bigger tip, she would not let me leave and made up excuses about how she needed to charge extra for vegetables that's already included in the dish, which was obviously a lie to demand for extra pay.

I did not want to argue with an unreasonable person so I paid the charge. However, she went on to insulting me personally about where I'm from and how I should've known better to leave more tips, in a very humiliating way.

This restaurant has violated multiple of my consumer rights by forcing me to pay extra when it is not mandatory to leave a tip especially when the service is not delivered to the standard at all. Harassed me by not letting me leave, and showed discrimination against customer by insulting my background and making hateful comments about me as a person.

I have read the reviews about this establishment on Google Reviews later on and found out that this behavior of forcing for tips and insulting customers has been a pattern of the restaurant, with a noticeable amount of bad reviews complaining about similar experiences.

I have also seen multiple photos and reviews about how the restaurant had bugs and pests in their food, serving customer with dirty dishes, causing food poisoning, charging extra on the bill without consent etc, which apparently shows violation of health code and consumer deception, and has been going on for a long time. Overall, this establishment has displayed extremely unethical business conducts and should be investigated and punished immediately.
