You sent my eye cream to wrong address TWICE. Then, you promised me delivery in 3-5 days. Its been 10 days!!!!

Double payment
when i was checking out there was a message that said Ooos something went wrong. The items in my cart disappeared so zi ordered again.
As it turns out both orders went through. I asked Neostrata for free shipping to return one of the orders and they refused.
I did not eant both orders. It eas not my fault but theirs

When I ordered something and tried to pay a message came up and said Oops something went wrong. The product that was in the cart disappeared so I reordered.
I got two messages from PayPal for the amount I paid although I only wanted one.
When I called Neostrata they refused to offer me free shipping to send one of the orders back even though it was caused by a problem on their website. I would have expected the representative I talked to to check with a manager about my issue.

Poor packaging
Exuviance took their "coverblend" makeup out of a jar and put it in a tube with a pump. Air gets in the pump and the product (which I still like)can squirt onto clothes where it is impossible to get off.
The pump is cheap and terrible. What packaging genius thought this up?? Is the tube so terrible that customers must buy more of the product?
Air doesn't get into the pump occasionally but regularly. It squirts all around.
Counterproductive as I would really like to leave this product.
Preferred solution: change back to product in a jar
