Did not get a satisfactory response from NeoSmart Technologies

I asked for technical support a couple of times. Only one response for my first inquiry. The product did not solve one of my problems. Boot recovery or data. Response time for the first question I asked was more than 24 hours. I subsequently asked for a refund since the product did not help me at all. Have not heard anything concerning my refund request.
