ADO order suddenly became monthly
I got an order that I had stopped, the person on the phone the first time did not take care of the issue and now I have to return via a prepaid label from Neora, the box. But no, I am not happy with Neora and how they switched me to monthly ADO without my ok. I am also not happy with the fact that no one knows why. It makes no sense.
User's recommendation: Watch your ADO like a hawk.
