My account is frozen. I was just on the line with a telephone rep and I wanted to see.

Could I connect my car online? When they told me to connect it, I could not connect my car, so I called my bank to see if it was active, and it is.

I'm trying to get my money out of the account. Now the account has been frozen since Thanksgiving—almost 3 weeks.

I'm not able to login. I've tried downloading and deleting the app.

I was able to cash out once y'all shut down the app.

Now that it's running, it won't let me get in my account no more. My email is miyahstokes21@***.com.

The app froze up. We cannot go back into the app.

It is the phone app that pays us out. I have 300 and some odd dollars, almost 400, on my phone that I need to collect. I have my Venmo card connected to it. My name is Carla Welcome.

It's in the email. I have not been paid out yet for this app.
