Can't fill order

Trying to buy foot braces and website says it cant ship to my address.

BS, I just bought two beige foot braces about 3 weeks ago and they were delivered. Now trying to buy black foot braces.

I Think, Finally The Ordeal With This Company Is Over

It took months to get this resolved. Every month they billed my credit card when I had cancelled the order.

Each month, I contacted them and told them I had been been billed in error. I would always be told things had been corrected and I would receive no more billings. However, each month, they were proven to be liars as I would get another charge. It finally took Capital One to step in and we did a conference call.

I'm sure Capital One was tired of my calls too. But that finally solved the problem because Neofect admitted that I owed them nothing and Capital One requested them to email me a letter stating nothing was owed. We all waited on the phone together until I received that email. There has been no further billings.

I will never do business with Neofect, nor recommend them. All this hassle shows me they are incompetent. How good could their product be? Interesting.

Someone has changed the product I have reviewed. I ordered their Raphael Glove, never got it, so my review is more about the company and their operations.

Fraudulently Billed My Credit Card

I received an ad about a device that could help with restoring the use of my hand due to a brain injury. It sounded possible.

I asked about return and told it was returnable for 7 Days. I was adviced that I would receive an email and I would have to give them my shipping address. After doing further research on the device, it did not seem to be as affective as stated and I did not give an address. This company has charged my credit card and I have requested a credit, but have received no response and no credit.

I am going to contact my card company to report the fraud. I believe it is illegal to charge until shipment.

Not only has this company not credited my card, they billed me again Feb 2019. I have filed a fraud claim. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVING SHYSTERS.
