Didn't receive what I purchased
I purchased a Neocash card never received it one month ago I already sent message after message no response I am very disappointed with this I paid the cost and I deserve to get what I purchased I was depending on this to get money to help my wife and me to live a better life not having to live paycheck to paycheck wondering if we could continue
