Utterly Appalling After Sales Service - Just NOT Interested

Had 4 Windows and 2 French Doors fitted in 2021. In early 2023, the locking system in one window inexplicably failed.

It took 5 calls over 2 weeks before NEO finally accepted liability and sent out a repair team.

Less than 3 months later a second locking system has failed in the open position. I cannot close the window securely rendering my home contents insurance null and void. Have called NEO 3 times but each time the become more rude and abrasive suggesting it's not their problem! They have refused to acknowledge my e-mails until I chase them up with more phone calls; they have refused to commit to a repair timescale - actually saying 'I'm not going to commit to a timescale as you will hold me to it' Yes - seriously!!!

When I asked for a part number to order a part in myself - they had no idea as they clearly have ignored the detailed information and photographs I have given them.

'If we have to order a part in we will' - so clearly they haven't even checked.

Appalling after-sales service; noting that I had 2 neighbours use them on my recommendation and they haven't so much as acknowledged that and clearly are only interested in new business.

Do not give them a penny. Appalling.

Your Lucy ripped us off with five windows never had no gas in-between glass and there service was very bad after making up loads off excuse and also never had a 10 year guarantee which they said we had

Same appalling aftercare experience. After a year I still cannot use my conservatory and have had to pay £1500 to get it repaired elsewhere.

Was hard to find someone to repair it as other companies don't want their reputation damaged on the back of their appalling workmanship. This company is now dissolved on companies house yet they are still trading!

The door I ordered is different to the one that's been fitted

Hi I ordered a door on the 23rd of November heard nothing of anyone about my door until I rang up on Thursday 10th February and spoke to someone who arranged for my door to be fitted today Saturday 12th of February as lovely as the door is and I carnt fault the lads that fitted it the door is slightly different from the one I ordered the glass on the door that's been fitted goes all the way down the middle of the door from top to bottom the one I ordered the glass was not that long as I didn't want it all the way down the middle of the door and did state this to the sales man that came out I would really appreciate it if you could help solve this issue kind regards Helen goodby but think my name of your system is woody no idea why
