Broken pad
You never call back
I have tried calling countless times and would like to use my warranty to replace my broken pad.
Im about to head out on a thru hike and have been calling and sending emails and nothing
Its a warranty but only if we get in touch with you- which you make impossible

As far as I no u all delivered my package to another place china. Not the United States were I live.
I really wanted to get that order but it doesn't look like I'm going to receive it. So I really would appreciate it if I could just get my refund back.

hey my pad keeps deflating and I need a new one by this Thursday - tried calling multiple times this past week and will be in boulder for the next three days. How can I exchange?

Over charged
No one answered my call. I called to talk about an overcharge on an item I purchased. Was offices are closed on the weekends.
