- No customer service.
- The site fails when a new password is required.
- They reply to complaints with discount emails to keep shoppers, based in NYC.
No customer service. Website does not work well when they require a new password.
They just send emails in reply to your complaints with discounts included in emails to keep you shopping in spite of their inability to give tech support or customer service re their site. And they are based in NYC so they have no language or foreign/Chinese/Korean web limitations.
