There is no stamp and it did not come in a Neil Lane box. After researching, I believe that Kay Jewelers may have sold us a knock off.

Purchased a Neil Lane engagement ring for my fiancée in July 2016. The ring has spent more time at the jewelry store being repaired than it has on her hand.

To date 8 stones have fallen out and it is in the store for a 7th time. Was told by Zales they would contact Neil Lane and have a new ring made for her. Now told Neil Lane no longer sells through Zales/Kay so they will not provide a replacement ring. Pretty sad we are left holding the bag for their poor craftsmanship.

I paid to dollar for something promoted as exceptional product.

Shame on you Neil Lane. Buyers beware before you spend your hard earned money on one of Neil Lanes rings.
