Company refuses to give back money
Don’t ever expect to be treated fairly.
Someone created an account with my information. For over a year I was being charged their monthly subscription of nearly $50. Even though they could tell I had not once accessed their website or conducted any searches in the years time, they are refusing to provide me nearly $1,000 in charges ($843.)
They don't have any helpful information and it's just useless to me
Just wasn't what I was expecting it's a scam website junk junk and more junk didn't like it alot of junk

I had blocked them from charging my card because I don't use their service, because they don't have the information I was looking for, and they somehow found another way to charge my card, which is illegal. I've reported it to the BBB.
They took the last of my money I had in checking and caused an overdraft on my account! I needed that money today, and now I have to wait till it gets processed before I can dispute it! Meanwhile, that money was for my chiropractor so I could get an adjustment due to a pinched nerve in my back.
I'm in so much pain right now that I can't do anything about it until I have my money back! If someone doesn't pay for a service they don't use, you cancel them; you don't look for other ways of stealing their money!

I have not received my $184 order and Neighbors is lying about delivering it. I received an email on October 17th saying it was delivered so I opened my door and there was nothing there.
So, I called them. It was like talking to someone in an airport. Then they tried to tell me it was delivered on October 1st.
I asked them to prove it and they hung up on me. I received an email on the 13th of October saying it should be delivered soon, plus, on October 1st the package was still in customs.
Using the delivery service of Neighbors is wrong. They do not know what they are doing.
Rarely do they answer the phone. It is noisy when they do and if you want proof of delivery they will hang up on you. I told them that they were wrong and I had proof.
I asked them to prove it was delivered and they hung up. This is not Temu fault.

Why not just cancel? You should not be messing with sites like that if $45 causes you financial issues.
