Neighbors Moving & Storage aka as King Moving, aka King Moving and Storage. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! The price was off by 100%, the quality of care by the packers/loaders was not good. The truck was not large enough to do the job. The amount of moving blankets was not enough to do the job resulting in charges I never should have seen.There was no inventory taken, no detailing of existing dings and dents. Items to be stored were delivered, items to be delivered, I hope, were stored. Lamps were broken, an end table was broken as well. An antique game table being restored was placed upside down on the drive with no padding. When I spoke to the driver his comment was it is broken anyway, and I should throw it away. My arrival at the warehouse showed the table is now missing. There was more than one such incident. Boxes were not marked with what was packed inside making delivery to the correct room impossible. Time to meet was not kept causing delays.To reduce personal cell minutes used for the job the driver insisted he use my phone.The driver asked if I would get them lunch. The request made sense to me so I was happy to do so. I did not agree to pay for their lunch and left the receipt with them expecting to be repaid. I was not. I am owed $38.00 for that piece of work.A recliner couch, leather, was torn during delivery due to movers refusing to use the safe entrance shown them for just such a piece of furniture.All-in-all this entire move was a disaster.

Addition. I went to the Neighbors warehouse to have my goods moved to a Mayflower storage facility. What I found: No furniture was wrapped in blankets causing scaring, scratches and breakage. The leg of an antique loveseat is missing. 125 block of lead is missing. An antique candle stand is broken. The ridding lawn tractor is broken. A Sansui 3500 speaker, unavailable in the USA, was so scratched it is un repairable. The list is endless! This is 100% gross negligence. You may see positive comments on other pages. I strongly suspect they were written by the company and not real. I am told by their competitors this is not the first time they have seen this with Neighbor/King Moving. I am told the company constantly changes names, folding one company and reopening under a new licence/name. This is done in an attempt to avoid lawsuits and charges from the State of Colorado.

These people are the biggest scam artists I have ever encountered. I paid $450 for a "guaranteed" estimate and the night before delivery I was notified the cost would be twice as much as originally quoted.

When I complained, I was told that they would not deliver my furniture and charge me a storage fee of $1000 per day. Customer service told me "too bad".

The salesman who was so very helpful when I hired them would not even take my calls.

Run the other way....DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!

They will promise you a fair job, take your money and then dodge all your calls and other attempts at contacting them.
