Total lack of communication! And was called IMPATIENT!
BEWARE! This company does not communicate well.
Had a consultant come out. Reached out via email on 9/17 to schedule to go and see the windows, no response. Went to the office on 9/20 where there appeared to be a miscommunication as one of the windows we went to see was not there. Sent an email on 9/20 asking to reschedule - again no response.
Sent an email today on 9/30 and the salesman told me I was being impatient. I truly do not believe that waiting 10 days for an email to be returned is impatient. I am not sure had I NOT reached out after 10 days if we would have ever received a response.
Very strange customer service in attempting to close a deal.And have been waiting 13 days just to see a sample window which we still have not seen. So if you are an impatient customer avoid this company.
