Spend your money elsewhere. The company is run by racists who don't acknowledge Juneteenth.
When called out about it, they ignored it.
No response is a response. Didn't get upset, just took my business elsewhere.

I have called email text left messages and I have never gotten a hold of anyone or a response back from anyone. All I want is to know if my order is being shipped when its being shipped or what's happening.

Terrible service
I placed an order on 11/29 and was sent a shipping confirmation on12/1. I checked back on 12/14 and USPS still had not been given the package from Neff.
When I asked about this through their customer service email, they lied to me and said it was shipped out on 12/1 and USPS failed to update the shipping information. The day after I sent my email, USPS miraculously received the shipment! WOW! It is almost like Neff COMPLETELY FORGOT to send my order to USPS!
So not only is this order from NOVEMBER not going to make it on time for Christmas, but their customer service teams feels it is okay to blatantly lie to customers who are merely asking for the truth in the process. This shows they do not value or respect their customers. I have never had an issue take this long to be resolved. Also, I have continued to email them for updates since 12/14 and have yet to hear back.
Which means they are reading my emails, but do not feel it is necessary to reply.
Overall: 0/10. Would not recommend anyone do business here.
You can get the same style hat for much cheaper elsewhere anyways. Stay away.

Never got to a customer service rep. I ordered 3 snow caps and I was suppose to get the 4th one free. I get a email saying that you dont have the 4th one and I will be refunded but that one did not cost me anything and I want my 4th snow cap free if it has to be a different hat

You also cannot get anyone to respond to you. There service is trash.
