Package not delivered

My daughter ordered a dress prior to my ordering two additional dresses. I was told my order was delivered a couple of days ago. I had no delivery. I found out later when my daughter opened her delivery my order was in her package. I can understand trying to save shipping cost but I think I should have been informed that this was happening. The real complaint I still have is there was no way to contact the company. The phone number doesn't work as I tried repeatedly. As far as I'm concerned the issue is resolved.

Items completely not as advertised. I ordered a bold turquoise colored dress because I love the color. What I received was of faded purpleish denim hue that is nothing like what was pictured. I also ordered a beautiful burgundy top, what I received was a rust red that was also not as pictured. So disappointed.

Disappointed in the gift card situation.

So in Jan. I bought a dress from neesses dress and it didn't fit right according to their measure chart, so I returned it. Had to pay like $8.00 to ship it back. I received a credit for $34.99. When I went in to order another one (stupid me) I went to use the credit and it told me "Disabled" ( I guess they have a time period to use it???) A day later I had an email telling me I had a credit of $31.50. So I ordered another dress. Used the credit plus paid another $20.48 for the dress. Well bad luck again. Dress was much prettier on there post. Was ugly. Returned it and paid for shipping on that one. Now we are in Feb 11th. Have not seen a credit for this return yet. Have sent 3 emails and nothing. I have posted on there sight on fb angry face and shared my disappoint in this company. They are a fraud. I know of another gal who has had the same problem. I just want an answer from this company and my credit...Won't buy a dress, I will buy scarfs...
