The little ring to attach metal is very thin and weak. im afraid it might break and then I would lose the metal.. call the top of the ring of the metal is strong and they should replace it.

yesterday I spoke with a customer Service Rep by the name of Kurt Smith. He found what I was looking for and sent me an email which I can't seem to respond to so I would like his phone no.

A little over a year ago I purchased a ring from Needzo. While on vacation, I noticed that the entire center of the ring with the miraculous medal was missing.

I contacted Needzo and explained what had happened and they asked me to return the ring. I did that and it was sent to the jeweler who replaced the medal in the top of the ring and promptly sent it back to me. I was TOTALLY pleased.

I bought this ring to wear all the time which I did so I was very upset when the top disappeared. Even though it had been a little over a year since I'd purchased the ring, it was promptly fixed and returned to me by Caitlyn.

After almost a year, Needzo is still refusing to issue a refund or send me the two items of jewelry I purchased in February 2013. They have admitted in their email correspondence that they haven't sent the items, and despite my repeated complaints and provision of transaction numbers, etc., they will not refund my money.

I contacted them before the end of the ebay/PayPal buyer protection period but they assured me that the items were being handmade by their jeweler and thus the delay. I trusted them and now cannot get my money back via ebay or PayPal.

Now they won't even talk to me.

They claim "Truth and honesty in our advertising, sales, and service ensures our Customers' happiness." But the contact page is "missing".
