They are scammers
Do not order from this site. If you wear prescription contact lenses, I ordered and they sent me a non-prescription contact lenses and when I got in touch with them, they offered me $17 back a slap in the face they customer service also awful i ordered from lensweets and love them

Ordered and paid for contacts. Never received them. Been in contact MULTIPLE times with customer service to no avail. While following up on their mistake, I was given 2 numbers to call and follow up. The first was USPS who informed me that that tracking number they gave me is not in the system. The second was a telemarketing line that could not help me in any way. I also contacted my local post office and that tracking number is not in their system either. When I contacted Nebulalens again and informed them of what I found out, they sent the same email with the same numbers to try. So now it seems I'm stuck in a loop of frustration with this company and out the money I paid!!! User's recommendation: AVOID(unless you like paying for nothing and supreme frustration)
