U authorized charge of my bank account
- Charged twice without authorization.
- No refund or explanation; no charge emails.
- I have proof Nebula isn't listed as a subscription.
Nebula sent me a message saying my subscription has been terminated. They didnt admit they wrongfully charged me.
When I asked about a refund they didnt acknowledge. This is a.scummy service.
The nebula astrology app has charged my account two times unauthorized. So far I have heard nothing back on a refund or explanation.
Im so mad about this. Google and my bank have been little to no help as well these people can just charge my account and get away with it im pissed! I have pictures of my subscription and nebula isnt one of them.
I haven't received any emails from the app declaring they have charged my card this is extremely unprofessional and shady. Please help.
