They abandoned the software that operates on your computer and only allow you to use the online version now. It's so lame in comparison to the original software. You pay an inflated amount for cloud storage. It amounts to your documents being held for ransom. I have been using the Neat Receipts system for several years. I recently decided to transition from PC to Mac and needed to transfer my Neat files. I subscribed to the online sync service, but have not been able to use it. I sent the message below to Neat Support today (at least I think I sent it, when you click on the "SEND" button, it hesitates for a moment then returns to the same screen with no indication that the message was actually sent).... I've had this product for two years and it has been nothing but a waste of my time. Every time I go to use it, I have to figure out what is wrong with it. This last time tech support don't know what is wrong and can not help me, so I now have an expensive paper weight.
