Ripped Off - total Scam
Quoted price of $275 for whole house plus dryer vent. When tech arrived he told my wife we had mold and needed to do a bio treatment.
Scared her into a $449. service which did not include any cleaning! He sprayed some "chem treatment" into the air handler and took our money.
He didn't even have vent cleaning equipment with him! Total scam!

SCAMMED
If I could give a zero rating I would! Total scam artists!
Advertised on Facebook for whole house vent cleaning stating they will clean all of the air ducts and all of the vents from top to bottom, inspection of your unit process as well. Well guess what - we were scammed! Tech was supposed to arrive at 9am, said he was running a little late, showed up 2 hours later! Office wouldn't give a discount due to the tech's lateness.
We decided to move forward, tech charged us upfront, cleaned 1 vent AND LEFT! HE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD TWICE TOTALLING $413 WHEN THE JOB WAS SUPPOSED TO BE $185!!! Communication from Richard Ellis is BS! He now blocked me on Facebook Messenger!
I called the office and they answer as 'CLEAN AIR INSTEAD OF NEAT N FRESCO AIR DUCT!' BAIT AND SWITCH! I demanded a refund immediately and am still waiting for that!
I am reporting them to the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office for deceptive business practices! DO NO USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Horrible experience
They never showed up after I confirmed twice on the same day they were coming. Jamie lake set me up with the appointment.
So disorganized. I can to send her a screenshot of the appointment to remind her what time and day it was. Spoke to Eddie, a manager, he never called me back and everytime I called it went to voicemail.
He confirmed twice his people would be at my house at 5pm. This company is a scam!!

Shady dealings
Booked through a Facebook community page.
Could not get company info! Company name, phone etc.
My confidence in this company quickly eroded.
I asked to cancel my appointment FIVE times and was offered a discounted discount price.
Called and left a V mail about canceling my appointment. Still havent heard back with a confirmation

I had the same thing. Call from 786-377-**** and 888-202-**** and listed on their professional but sure scam website.
I believe they will take my cash and make it look like some vacuum magic on my vents.
Will pass, and they texted me 4 times after I told them I would call back tomorrow on the main website number. Two were links, probably to fake reviews like on trupilot.com page.

They accepted payment and did not perform a service
Based on my experience, I recommend you DO NOT USE Neat N Fresco Air Duct Cleaning. Here is my experience: We are located in Central Florida.
found them listed on an online community referral site and their price seemed good so we booked.
A technician and his wife came to our condo driving a white pickup with no markings. They came from Port St. Lucie in southern Florida. The truck was big and looked new, they do not look like they are scraping by.
Once inside, they inspected the a/c vents and then sat at our table to talk. They cleaned our air handler and dryer vent so they provided some service and said they would have to come back in six weeks to perform a mold treatment. They gave me two phone numbers and the wife recommended I call her.
Foolishly I paid for all service at that time, by check to the technician himself.
When the time came to schedule the follow-up mold treatment, I had a difficult time contacting anyone. Eventually I contacted THE WIFE and several other people who claim they are with Neat N Fresco in some capacity, but they would not give any location information.
Finally a person who claimed to be a business partner said company GPS tracking showed the tech spent 2 hours at my home, and that was enough time to perform all services. I told him I cant explain the GPS tracking, but (1) the tech did NOT perform the mold treatment and (2) they told me to call back to schedule it.
He also said it is NORMAL for technicians to take checks made out to themselves, and they pay the company a percentage of the fee collected.
Bottom line: we did NOT get what we paid for and have been unable to get any satisfaction from anyone. Everyone we talk to seems to lie to us.
Based on this, my personal recommendation is: DO NOT DO BUSINESS NEAT N FRESCO.

Here is a thought, if you are legitimate like you claim that you are, please post your Florida contractor license and liability insurance information for us to see...its a legitimate request. Companies that are legitimate will be happy to do that.
Scammers however will not do that.why is that? But, scammers use stock pictures of people not even in this country.....all that lint isn't even yours.... Scammers will just block you or refuse to do so. So are you legitimate ( show us the information ) or are you a scammer ( I believe you are ) prove me wrong....

Reply interested 4. Setup alot of bogas appointments for the week 5. Tell them what the want to hear zip code ac units etc 6. Give them bogas addresses thru out the county 7.
After the week burn the number and start all over again. 8. Leave bad feedback for Neat n Fresco or their new name on both The Better Business Bureau and Yelp This is the only way to battle these scams. Once people run all over the county on bogas calls wasting gas money and not getting jobs they will smarten up PASS THIS ALONG AND DO IT AS WELL TO STOP THESE AIR DUCT SCAMS Believe my words not their work...believe they will take you for a ride, just give out your credit card number and you'll see first hand....

They don't have no liability insurance here in Florida 4. They use different profiles that are new no real content..not really a profile but about 6 pages or less very benign and vague ..mostly cloned profiles from legitimate profiles 5. They won't post their prices 6. They want to do everything in private message 7.
They have no legitimate reviews 8. They want your credit card number and ID 9. They spam all groups through out the US with exact content but different users 10. They pray on the elderly and low income Neat n Fresco ranks 98 of 504 in Cleaning Services category.
