The absolute worst company to deal with! Their return policy states you can get a refund or replacement but you never get the refund but only keep getting replacements that you must waste your time driving to a FedEx facility over and over again as they keep sending you replacements. Try calling them? All you get is voice mail with a promise of a return call that never comes. Try emailing them? Good luck with that one as all you get is a robotic response that says they are busy "getting your order together". Is this a horror movie with Artificial Intelligence gone Awry? Stay away from this company!!!
User's recommendation: Avoid the stress and shop elsewhere.

I just signed up for their offer in order to take advantage of their 30% off discount which ends today. But their site won't let me in - says email address and password don't match, even though I just signed up.
