What is the point of having a phone number if it always rings busy. I have called perhaps 30 times over three days and it always rings busy!!!

So, now that I have gotten into my account, I can see the history of my deposit transactions between May 27, 2023 and June 12, 2023. I’d like to have my funds back. But, NDAX has no clue where it went
The following was written to Trust Wallet & NDAX on June 18, 2023:
A week ago, I was instructed to e-transfer the amount of CAN$2,000 to NDAX for the purpose of linking my personal bank account to my trust wallet. I received a confirmation back from NDAX that suggested my transaction was received successfully.
Thereafter, Trust Wallet was supposed to convert the US$6,450, currently in my wallet, into Canadian dollars, then send this back along with my CAN$2,000 back to my personal bank account. The promised turnaround time was said to be 24 hours to completion. This is now a week and that promise has not been fulfilled. This is causing me great anxiety with a deteriorating medical condition. I sacrificed all I had to send the $2,000 and now this is putting me in dire straits with the likelihood of not being able to report to work because I have no funds for a cab and my car for which I needed the US$6,450, is still in the garage and they won't release my vehicle until my balance is paid up. I have prepared files for the Canadian authorities as well as the FBI Agency, to whom I will submit my case in the event that this is not resolved within the next twenty-four hours. Ray Byfield
To-date this issue has not been resolved. I have kept screenshots of my dashboard for my NDAX account. The transactions are still showing there; however, NDAX sent me a correspondence that suggests that they can't do anything about it.

Been trfoenthe last 3 hrs. Emailed and no response yet. Patiently waiting.. hope help is on the way soon or I will have to find another Site.

Lack of customer service
My ability to transfer crypto to cold storage has now stopped working. The customer support from this company is horrendous. I am not able to reach them by phone, nor their online chat and they have not replied to my emails.
