Didn't receive my money
The atm machine run bye card tropics keep my $80 withdrawal. They said they cant do anything. These machines are in wallgreens

Resolved: ATM Debited My Card, Didn't Dispense Funds
Avoid ATMs operated by Cardtronics.
Seems like this company has made a loophole 'glitch' that allows them to keep our money, and it needs to be closed. Cardtronics customer service tells me, after being on hold for 45 minutes, that I have to contact my 'bank' for a resolution if an automatic reversal doesn't go through after 48 hours. I do not have a bank to dispute this with!!! My card is a Hoosier Works card issued through the state of Indiana because I receive cash assistance.
I have to pull off cash at the ATM because I can't pay certain bills with a Hoosier Works card. The state is not gonna replace my benefits you stole from me! Yes, I'm calling this theft! Why is it on the 'bank' or 'card issuer' to solve a problem you created?
If I do not receive my funds in 45 days, I will be contacting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and demanding an audit of the ATM, and I encourage everyone to follow suit. Because apparently, I'm not the only one who is having this issue. There needs to be more accountability on the ATM company's end because that was my last $80 I had to live off of for the month, and this has been a huge inconvenience. I am so tired of the fraud in this country.
Now ATMs are ripping people off???
If you receive state benefits and use ATMs to withdraw cash, BEWARE! You cannot get them replaced.

Machine did not issue money but money is gone off my car
I use my card to take out money from your machine your machine was out of money it was not a notice on it or anything I never got any money out of it it was $600 but the money came off my card it's been a week and I still have not received my money back on my card

Three transactions were attempted by me...
Three transactions were attempted by me to withdraw $100 from my account. I have the funds.
Three times the transaction was declined, but the $100 is showing pending on my account, resulting in me being out $300 I did not get. The bank says you will have to be the one to cancel those.

I use your machine to take money out the machine was out of money no one put up a notice damn machine was closed it was $600 no money came out of here machine but it came off my card it's been one week and I have not received my money back yet
