Payment the ticket speed
I drove over the speed limit, so I got ticketed by the police in Louisiana. Now I want to pay my ticket to the police in Louisiana.

Just horrible
- - I was on hold for over 2 hours twice.
- - Customer service apologized but couldn't help with the payment.
- - Hire more staff to reduce hold times.
Why have a business that does absolutely nothing for you .. I get put on hold for over 2 hours twice and customer services was like oh Im sorry I cant help you with this !!
What ?? Im just trying to make a damn payment that its and yall cant help ..
get more employees to not let ppl be on hold so long for Christ sake

This Business Should Be Investigated for Fraud and Theft of Funds When Charging for Transactions That Are Unrelated to Paying Customer
- - Charged for an invoice from another Parish.
- - No customer support; long waits.
- - Request $7.50 refund for tech error and for a fine I didn't owe.
I was charged for an invoice for another Parish that does not belong to me. There is no Customer Support Dept.
for people that experience technical issues and when u finally got someone on the line after the 5th call, and waiting over 45 Mins. per call to speak with someone, your rude representative pretended to look up my information and then hung up on me. I called back and the next representative had a crap attitude but pretended to be helpful but told me to call the court in another Parish, duh! They will reimburse me because I do not owe them.
I want my $7.50 back for the technical error and for paying a fine I didnt owe by simply typing in my invoice number. This company is a scam!
I want my 2nd $7.50 fee back! I paid my citation in the correct place after failing to reach any support!
