I need to contact customer service at the highest level
- Please confirm if charges are monthly or annual; I have two Dixillion versions to cancel one with a refund, and I paid for Pixillion I don't need.
I need to know if what I have installed is a recurring monthly charge or is it annually.
I have 2 versions of Dixillion and wish to cancel one and have my money back for it, obviously I don't need 2 and that was all my fault.
Also I believe I paid for Pixillion before I realized it was for pictures only and I have no need for that.
