E-giftcard
Recipient never got the e-giftcard that I paid for. Tried calling the local theater, they had me call corporate.
Called them; only got a recording to leave a message, no response. This is no way to run a business. Very disappointed with the customer service/support. Finally called back to local theater and spoke with Manager Steve, he was very helpful, and told me to give the e-giftcard number to Recipient and they would be able to access it in their system.
This was after the new year. Gift was supposed to be a Christmas gift!!

Refund Tickets
Tried to get a refund for tickets I purchased but couldnt get an answer when calling 6 times. They need to make the refund easier and available online because after 9:00 pm there is no one available in office to answer phone calls. Im hoping to be able to get a refund or two movie ticket credits in return Thank You

Film festival
I am the head docent at Curwood Castle in Owosso. Curwood Castle was the writing studio of author/conservationist/movie pioneer James Oliver Curwood. Next year the castle will be celebrating its 100th anniversary and we were considering showing a couple of the films that were made based on the stories of James Oliver Curwood and I was wondering if it were possible to show them or one of them at the Owosso cinema.

Bunch of kids police called cinema emptied out had my kids with me and we left because of all the activity in the parking lot plus I bought large popcorn and candy didnt even get to see movie credits just want refund thank you

Upset I am losing my points on rewards card
I am a loyal moviegoer that has been supporting NCG for the longest. I am disabled and have very moderate means, but I faithfully attend movies on the big screen.
And often bring a bevy of kids, my godsons and their friends. I enjoy the rewards card perks, and even though it's only $5 for every $50, it helps

Complaint
Very disrespectful managers over at the NCG cinemas in Spartanburg I will never go back to their movie theaters ever again they are very disrespectful I asked to speak to the general manager of the movie theater they would not give me his name so all three managers that are at that movie theater need to be terminated because they handled a situation in a unprofessional manner I explain to them that I would like a refund on my movie ticket because something it happened to where there was assigned seating and I feel like in my opinion the customer is always right when it comes to somebody having a business with great customer service that situation couldve been handled they were threatening me of calling the police saying that I was causing a scene when I was voicing my opinion on the situation and I would like all three of those managers that are in that movie theater put under investigation for possible termination because of disrespecting using vulgar language and not tending to the customer in a professional manner I would like this matter looked into and I would like something done immediately for a possible termination on those employees because they do not need to be working inside of a movie theater they need to be holding a sign on the side of the road away from the general public on the way that they handled the situation I would like this matter looked into and then terminated immediately please give me a call 864-436-****

Charged my bank acct didnt give me a barcode
It looked like my acct was charged but i went to the theater and spoke with the manager she gave me a email to address if my acct was charged twice ..luckily it was not ..thank you to the sweet manager for her help
