Not great
- - Mid Aug service included tube replacements.
- - Rear tire later flat; Sept front tire flat with $28.89 charged to fix rim liner and replace tube.
Brought my wife and my bikes in for a complete servicing include tire tube replacements in mid August. Went to ride bike 2 days later and back tire was flat.
Took it back and got it fixed at no charge (but couldn’t bring the bike to Block Island because it was getting tire fixed). Pulled out bike again to try to ride for the first time on September 21. Front tire was flat. Brought back.
Store person said the new (August) time had a puncture due to a bad rim liner. Got charged $28.89 to fix rim liner and replace the new (but now punctured) tube installed and paid for in August with yet another new tube.
So in essence I had to pay for a tube twice. I won’t be back there any more...
Preferred solution: Full refund
