Legalization of marijuana in the forensic hospital system
I am writing about patients in the mental health and law program and their right to smoke marijuana. A lot of patients have been in the system for years over smoking marijuana.
I believe that they should be granted the right to smoke marijuana. It is a great harm reduction and known to help with PTSD and trauma. I believe it hasn't been tried in the system yet and can only do good. I am not blind to the repercussions for some and that some may not be able to tolerate high levels of THC.
I would like some peoples opinion and view.
