NBN fiibre optic wires are on the ground outside our house. Our internet is working

The cable has come down from an electric pole outside our house , it is not our cable. I removed it from footpath and road

Australian satilite internet from nbn Co is absolutely garbage. Adsl was 10x better

Satellite in Australia offers the worst internet since dial up. Streaming is almost impossible and gaming is impossible.

And when they finally activate the ability to get FTTP, their system fails and you have to wait weeks for an answer, only to be told no.

You can't get anyone on the phone to answer for this, or to get them to fix their mistakes. As a whole, if there were a better, more affordable option, they would be bankrupt and dead.
