Did not receive my order
Do not order from NBCDon I order a Sunday morning mug and four stainless steel stirrers in April. I finally received the mug mid June but nit the stirrers.
It is now the end of June and I still have not received the stirrers. I have contacted them but no response. This is ridiculous. They do not have a telephone number you can call you can only email, thats bull.
Its no way to do business.
They need customer service. I and totally disgusted with NBC.

Resolved: Still Processing!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Item was delivered before Christmas. Always reach out even if it is more than once.
I ordered a Jenna and Friends mug on December 1st. It is now December 10 and the order shows as still processing.
I sent an emails and no reply. Do NOT order from this store!

The person I spoke through your service was not helpful, she hanged up when I was trying to ask her what information she needed. She took a very negative attitude and decided to hang up on me.
Not sure if she was in mood or was not listening or maybe she just didnt want to take another call at 5pm in the afternoon. Unfortunately, my experience was not so great.

Actually, I have no complaint. Someone named Diane left a message on my home phone voice-mail regarding my order from the Today shop...a personalized photo album.
She said you needed to verify my email, but never left a number to call, so that's why I ended up here. My email is Jopfetsch@***.com and my cell phone is 716474****.

- - It shipped before cancellation; shipped by Amazon, avoiding $6.95 shipping.
I tried to cancel an order going to the wrong address and I received a message saying it would take 48 hours to review. Then no more messages went through due to a full mailbox.
Then they hurried to send it out before I could get the cancellation through. Then I found out it's being shipped by Amazon where I could've purchased it, gotten it sent to the right address and not paid $6.95 in shipping.

Shipping labels cut off address-unable to fix
- - Items were returned 3x due to labels cut off my address; no contact number and emails couldn't fix it; poor quality t-shirts and sloppy packaging.

Horrible customer service
- - Refund denied after staff allegedly lied about the product.
- - Gift card advertised for Peacock streaming but cannot be used for that.
Refused to give me a refund after there employees lied to me about the product i bought. I was told that I could use the gift card to stream peacock before I bought the gift card.
I bought the gift card to find out that I cant use it to stream peacock. They refuse to refund me and they told me oh well that they arent doing anything and that they will talk to the employee that talked to me but other than that they arent doing anything else
