Returning call
Actually, I have no complaint. Someone named Diane left a message on my home phone voice-mail regarding my order from the Today shop...a personalized photo album.
She said you needed to verify my email, but never left a number to call, so that's why I ended up here. My email is Jopfetsch@***.com and my cell phone is 716474****.

Dissatisfied with service
I tried to cancel an order going to the wrong address and I received a message saying it would take 48 hours to review. Then no more messages went through due to a full mailbox.
Then they hurried to send it out before I could get the cancellation through. Then I found out it's being shipped by Amazon where I could've purchased it, gotten it sent to the right address and not paid $6.95 in shipping.

Worst consumer experience ever. This is a complete scam!!!!
They took my money and they had NO way for me to communicate with them about my phantom order. I was forced to file a fraud complaint.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY!

Shipping labels cut off address-unable to fix
Items I ordered were returned 3 times because their shipping labels cut off my address. No phone number to contact and despite telling them in emails, they still couldnt fix it. Poor quality t-shirts and packaging was sloppy.

Horrible customer service
Refused to give me a refund after there employees lied to me about the product i bought. I was told that I could use the gift card to stream peacock before I bought the gift card.
I bought the gift card to find out that I cant use it to stream peacock. They refuse to refund me and they told me oh well that they arent doing anything and that they will talk to the employee that talked to me but other than that they arent doing anything else

This "Store" does not provide customer support!!! They claim there is no phone number for Customer Service.
I can not believe that the NBC Store does not have a customer service number.
They just choose not to provide one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Willie Giest should be ashamed of his "Mug Shots" segments. Causes people to want to buy Mugs with HORRENDOUS Customer Service!!!
