Cant raise any support from NBPower other than a difficult USA contractor site that would answer questions. I want a service call to inspect my hot water heater in its situation.

Hello I am writing in regards to my power that was cut off on Monday July 18th and I am sure there's a lot of people out there that are worse off than me that still have power.
