Hello I am writing in regards to my power that was cut off on Monday July 18th and I am sure there's a lot of people out there that are worse off than me that still have power.

I spoke to a customer service rep about a month and a half ago in regards to my account to make payment arrangements. Everything was fine I was making payments every week and my power was still cut off on the 18th of July. Yes I'm a few hundred dollars overdue but I'm sure there's a lot more people out there worse than me that still have power. I don't get it I'm starting to throw food away from my freezer and I have a small dog my place is very humid and they will not do anything still to keep my power going as I'm still making payments every week.
