- Naztech VOLT swelled; bottom cover popped and it stopped powering a laptop.
- Requests repair or return options; paid $199.99 and old unit still works.
Good afternoon, My name is Rebeca Orozco, I'm the proud owner of a second Naztech VOLT Power Station AC Outlet 27000 mAh, my first one I gave it to my son whom is now in college and it's working fine, I bought my second 9 month ago(06/28/25), it was as good as the first one and I love it, great product.
I just took it on a business trip over the past weekend, as I tried using it at the airport I noticed it swollen and the bottom cover opposite to the on/off button, was popping apart, I tried pressioning it to see if I could snap it close but no way.
Also, I charged it before the trip on Saturday 3/28/26 and it was fully charged, yet, when I tried it at the airport although still showed fully charged, the moment I plugged my laptop into it to charge it, it took but 1 minute and stop. No power, no light, no nothing.
What can I do, can I send it back to you for repair, it cost me 199.99 USD and I love the size and the power, FYI, my old one that I gave to my son is working like a charm. By the way, I'm not a pissed consumer.
