So far I have heard nothing back from 7 Star movers or Navistar..It has not been resolved at this time..

Original review updated Sep 05, 2022
Move was set for today 8/5. Waited and called all day without a response.

Text the original sales rep Anthony and he text back immediately. Customer service finally called an rescheduled the move two days later on Sunday. They will now discount my move from Nebraska to Michigan. So I still give them 4 stars till the movers get here on Sunday!
Never discounted my move when they final arrived 08/31.On checking my 2006 motorcycle.. Noticed rearview mirrors snapped of..left side handlebar had been damaged along w my clutch handle..rear left turn signal missing and left side trurn signal up front damaged along w scratch and gouges which were not there on taking a pic of my bike the day it left.

It appeared from the damage they just dropped it and tried to cover it up til the other crew unpacked it...Navistar acted like they didnt care. Better Business was notified and also DOT in Florida where this "so called" company is located in Jupiter Florida..

Found out inline that this business is not even Accredited!! WORST MOVING COMPANY everAngryAngryAngryAngry

Called dispatch on arrival and they stated that my movers wouldn't be available 2-10 business days..That was never discussed. So I sit here w an empty apartment after moving in 8/12/22. I will NEVER use a moving company ever again..

Unresolved warrantee on International Truck HX Series

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I purchased a new 2021 IHC HX520 truck VIN # 3HTDPAPT9MN625936 at Clarks Truck Center on 6 Orr Rd, in Jericho VT 05465 on 7/7/2020. Within a few weeks I noticed that the windshield was leaking water so I called Clarks Truck Center Service Department and scheduled an appointment.

Clarks took the truck in and told me that they resealed the windshield and even wrote on the completed service order that they had resealed the windshield, however the service tech that worked on the truck told me that instead of removing the windshield and resealing the windshield, he removed the sun visor from the truck and applied silicone caulking in the screw holes that hold the sun visor in place. Upon use of the truck I noticed that the windshield was still leaking, Clarks told me that I would have to return the truck to them to reseal the windshield AGAIN which they never actually did the first time. I asked the Owner of Clarks, Russ Clark to please authorize me to take the truck to a local glass repair shop for them to properly repair the windshield. His reply was that the warrantee work HAD to be done in their shop to be covered.

I was working the truck out of state and could not return the truck at the time and when I did Russ Clark told me that it was out of the warrantee period.

Since then Clarks Truck Center has sold out, so now I have a new 2021 Truck that I paid $ 186,000 with a leaking windshield.

I have a current quote from Granite State Glass for $ 1000 to replace the windshield with an OEM windshield.

All I am asking for is that this ongoing problem be corrected in a businesslike manner and for International to stand behind their product as one of your former dealerships Clarks Truck Center falsified their warrantee service orders instead of correcting the real problem.

This truck was the second truck that bought from Clarks in a 6 month period and I am a loyal International Truck owner and operator. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

No help from international whatsoever

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I have a 2018 international 4300 series. The DEF bulkhead sensor went out a month ago.

The only thing international will tell me it's on back order. This is completely unacceptable. To my fellow tow operators in the industry beware!! It's bad enough dealing with the dealership alone but international does not back their product or stand behind it.

I speak with experience this is our third international and all three from the dealer to the product have been crap.

Third time's the charm. They have forgot about the working man.
