No customer service
On hold for over 30 hours over weeks trying to get through to support. On hold for 3-4 hours each time and never talk to anyone. They dont respond to email support either.

Lowrance hook 7x technicians
On my 2nd reconditioned unit after my brand new hook2 7x ss.
Unit doesn't put out consistent ping from transducer.
I've been trying for days after receiving my 3rd head unit only to find system interruption with your support phone number and have wasted extensive expenses on fishing trips while fishing blind with these units. . Buy another manufacturer At my wit's end.
