PS: I tried making other inquiries since the age verification asked for my number and did not accept it, due to my cellular service not being listed since it's not Korean. I'd appreciate the help.

I purchased $15 USD worth of coins on the iOS Webtoon app, $9.99 for 100 + 8 coins and $4.99 for 52 coins. I used every single coin I purchased to unlock all of the episodes of the webtoon, Spirit Fingers, so that I could read the story anytime I wanted without having to watch ads.
However, within only 2 days of my purchases, all of my episodes were revoked, and I was told I needed to either pay again or watch ads. This is infuriating because I had already spent so much money on this app. I contacted the webtoon help page and received a single response, but wasn't able to contact further. I have since sent multiple emails and requests, which were all ignored or untouched.
I am extremely upset about this, since I have been using Webtoon for 4 years now. Yes, my reading history was already synced up, and yes, I am sure I was on the right account. Recently, Webtoon changed something and said that I would be able to read all 150 episodes that I already purchased under the conditions that I watch an ad to unlock each one and each episode is only available for up to 3 days. This is not okay because I already bought them and shouldn't have to watch an ad or have a time limit.
All of the photos I've linked are confirmation emails sent from Webtoon to my account, verifying that I was in fact on the right account. I wasn't able to attach every photo of purchase since there were too many.

I bought $15 worth of coins on the IOS Webtoon app, $9.99 for 100 + 8 coins and $4.99 for 50 + 2 coins. I then proceeded to use all of my coins on the story Spirit Fingers to purchase all the episodes to read without ads for as long as I wanted.
However, within only 2 days of purchase, I was completely locked out of all of my episodes. I contacted help multiple times, and only got one email back, which just repeated to me the situation, and I wasnt able to contact them further. I am extremely upset because $15 is a lot to spend on an app. Since then, Webtoon then gave me the option to read the episodes, but I only get them for 3 days and I have to watch an ad for each one.
This is extremely irritating because I already bought them and shouldnt have to do this!
I had already had my readings synced to my account before purchasing, so this shouldnt have happened in the first place. I will be attaching the receipts below.
