They decided to not respond
I waited for 20 minutes to even have someone attend to me for any type of help, and then waited for another 15 to 20 minutes in line, only for them to refuse my coupon.
I have been to this store many times, and they have done this many times, randomly refusing to accept the coupon. I will be contacting Similac and OTC to notify them that their partner isn't honoring their coupons.
- Better customer service
Preferred solution: To honor the Similac OTC coupons and a $25 coupon would be nice. I had to drive to multiple stores to find the formula with a screaming baby

Verbal abuse from one employee
I got very upset with the lack of respect from one employee from coral way and 122 ave in Miami . He was abusive and disrespectful talking me to on Monday June 20 around 7:30 pm .
Ive Been trying to contact corporate office and its been difficult .
Ill like to talk on the phone with a supervisor about this incident .
