Treadclimber left in the yard
My husband & I ordered a treadclimber which was delivered by fedex , but left in the yard. As we are both up in years, we have no way to get it into our house. I called fedex and bowflex, but was told basically that that was our problem. The fedex driver did not even knock on our door to let us know that he was here. I understand that fedex drivers are not allowed to enter one's house, but I believe treadclimber should employ a company that will bring a machine in. When I complained to bowflex, I was told that if we sent it back we would be responsible for return shipping. I will NEVER do business with them again.
