Verified ReviewerSold me their brand but sent me another cheaper brand
- Bought Nature Secrets B vitamin complex; site shows higher B6.
- It arrived after two weeks as Nusava with lower B6 despite Nature Secrets branding.
I bought Nature Secrets B vitamin complex from this site.
They show their brand with a higher B6 level and it costs more than Nusava brand.
I had to wait 2 weeks to get it as they are overseas and didn't disclose that fact but when the package arrived it was Nusava brand with the lower level of B6 NOT the brand they show on the site.
I emailed them and got a form letter with this quote:
We sell Nusava products under the Nature Secrets brand name. This is our standard business practice: Nature Secrets = Our retail brand Nusava = The manufacturer/product line
Same product, same formula, same quality - just different branding on the label.
It's classic bait & switch, they charge way more for their brand but ship the other brand.
Apparently the bottle they show on their site with their name and more B6 doesn't exist.
