Bad Customer Service
On Friday December 13, 2013 my coworker and I decided to have breakfast at Nature’s Table Café at 5955 T G Lee Blvd Orlando FL 32822. We always get good service and good food but on this day the owner obviously had a bad day. There was a sign that said we will be closed on December 24th, 25th, and 26th. My coworker asked why they were closed all those days, and the response we received from the owner was the following (because your *** don’t come down to buy every day and you always eat that fat *** food upstairs) that was just the beginning. He then started to mumble words as his wife pulled him to the back of the business to try to contain the situation. At first I thought he was kidding, but as he was pushed and pulled to the back by his wife we realized that he wasn’t. I understand if he had a bad day but when we try to talk to them about this issue their response was it is our business and we run it like we want and we don’t need to give any apologies. I know mistakes happen but when they do you need to fix it. You also need to treat the customer with respect. The fact that he call us fat assess really don’t go well with me. We were disrespected with his angry comments and there was no need for that. If he had a bad day I understand, but he had time to apologize but they decided to run their business their way and they don’t think an apology is needed. That only shows me the kind of business there are running doesn’t included customer service. I happen to be a customer service Manager and I know this is something that they need to fix or at least try to fix. All I’m looking for is an apology but they don’t thinks they did anything wrong and that is a problem. All I’m looking for is for a resolution to this problem and I hope you can convince them to do the right thing.
