I called your customer service hotline at approximately 5:15 PM, EST, on May 28th, 2026. I am sure a record of the call exists.

Your customer service representative, [PERSON_NAME], was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. I was inquiring about the presence of essential oils in your product and asking whether it was safe for cats. [PERSON_NAME] was extremely rude immediately, snarling at me that I was "ridiculous" for asking such a question and that the product was safe for cats, without providing any further information or clarification. His tone was nasty, disrespectful, mean, and overly loud.

He baselessly accused me of "insulting" him when I had done no such thing. When I requested that the call be escalated to a supervisor, [PERSON_NAME] up on me. I had to call over 10 times to find out his name so I could seek out accountability for him. I am genuinely appalled that I was spoken to in this manner by a customer service representative.

I cannot think of a situation in which his behavior was appropriate or acceptable. [PERSON_NAME] behavior was cruel, unkind, alarming, and misogynistic. There is NO REASON for your customer service representatives to speak to callers in this manner. There is no reason for ANYONE to speak to ANYONE in the manner in which he spoke to me.

I was glad to hear, from him, that the call was recorded--please go back and listen to what was said. This person is absolutely a threat to the reputation of your company and his appalling behavior MUST be addressed. I cannot emphasize enough how RUDE this person was to me. I do not let ANY man speak to me in the tone that [PERSON_NAME] used with me--WHY would I tolerate it from someone who is supposed to be ASSISTING ME?

I left a voicemail with [PERSON_NAME] supervisor but I doubt I will hear back, which is why I am writing this message. I have included my email address. My phone number is [PHONE_NUMBER].

I would love to hear back from you and discuss more of what happened. This entire situation is disgusting.
