Advertised product for $4.20 but charged twice as much
- - Charged $9.80 for 6 ogeez gummies 100mg indica at $4.20 per package.
- - Advertised price not honored; overcharge was $5.60 per item plus tax.
We ordered 6 ogeez gummies 100mg indica for $4.20 per package for pickup. When we got there,, they charged us $9.80.
We tried to tell them the error they refused to make it right. We went back in with a picture of advertised price, however they claimed to have only overcharged us by $5.00 They then would only credit my account the $5.00.
As you can see by the screenshots they actually over charged us by $5.60 for each item plus the added tax it caused which is double the amount it should have been.We even tried to call them on the phone to give them one more chance to make it right, altho their other location answered the phone they did not. We have literally been charged more then 50% upcharge for a bait and switch advertisement.
